An excellent job of cleaning the house and roof. Both look like new. Really glad to get that black looking mold/algae/bacteria off the roof. Oakland Power Washing has amazing staff! It started with the lovely lady who answers the phone, to the gentleman who came to give the estimate and the staff that came to our property to power wash. They make sure you understand the process and take the time to listen to what you are wanting accomplished. We had our house and driveway power washed. We had a spot that just would not go away. They would follow up weekly and would retreat the spot as needed. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you so much for the outstanding hard work and extra mile you went to make sure our home shines.

We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another company's bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they weren't able to clean (stuff that we didn't even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!

Have an old cabin with massive decks that has been neglected and abused for over a decade, as well as located in a very rural spot with poor water pressure. I thought there was no hope. The Oakland team came out, told me what was possible. I really did not believe they could do what they were saying, but saving the decks and the wood siding was worth giving them a try. The office staff and the on site team were polite and professional. The on site team was prompt, worked hard, left property in great shape and I am just amazed with the results! There moving a few things from the side of my house I have an American flag hanging I watch the gentleman take it and put it in his truck so it’s not on the ground. 5 starts because these guys were knowledgeable and fair. My roof was pretty bad, full of algae. They came out and sprayed but didn't get everything off. They came out again and finished the job right. They also knocked off 80 bucks for accidentally spraying my car, which was not a big deal. Nice, honest guys.

We had Oakland Power Washing come out and clean up the outside of our house and driveway. When they were done, the driveway was clean and the house looked brand new. Anthony was the one who set our appointment and we had Levi and Jeremy come out and take care of the cleaning. We have one side of the house that gets no direct sunlight and started to turn green. Levi and Jeremy were able to clean that up with ease. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

While doing their job the generator stopped working. It amazed me that when it stop working, Raymond notified me. They did not just give an excuse and state that they would be back at a later date. He made a call to his home office. Within a hour or so, parts for the generator was delivered, installed and the work continued. Along the way, both Raymond and Michael asked how was the work being done looked so far. Upon completion of the requested work, Raymond asked me to inspect the results. Well, Raymond and Michael kept their word. The results were excellent. Please pass on my sincere appreciation for the work done and the desire to please the customer by Raymond and Michael. They came in one time to pressure wash the rental we were living in and they did a great job that when we bought a house in town, we tracked them down through the property management firm so they can do our house too before we move in. Our house looks so clean and looks brand new after Oakland Power Washing was done with the job. The house was sparkling outside! Will definitely use their services again and will recommend to others!

I had to reschedule. They stayed in touch via text. They were on time. Sent a text stating that they were 9 minutes out. Employees were very professional. Very accommodating and very friendly. They even washed my out building and that wasn’t in the initial quote! They were very knowledgeable of their product. Job was completed in a timely manner.
